Schedule: The gate opens at 12:30, and admission includes entry to the mansion and museum, train rides, the silent auction, all special presentations, exhibits, and activities plus free popcorn. Great food from our visiting vendor and Woodside Farm Creamery plus craft beer from Dew Point Brewing will be available for purchase as well as wine and other beverages.
Bad Weather Plans: If rain threatens on the day of the event, organizers will decide to proceed or postpone by 9:30am. Please check AuburnHeights.org or call the Friends of Auburn Heights office (302-239-2385) for a recorded announcement. If the event is postponed and you are unable to attend, your ticket is not refundable. If we must cancel or cut short the event for any reason, refunds will not be provided.
No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted on the grounds of Auburn Heights.
Food & Drink: Attendees are not permitted to bring food or beverages onto the grounds for this event, but a variety of refreshments will be available for purchase.
No Pets Allowed: Only service animals will be permitted on the grounds during the event.
Parking: Attendees must park in the event lot immediately across from the estate. Vehicles with official permits may use designated handicap parking spaces, and parking attendants will be happy to direct visitors to them upon arrival or to provide assistance if needed.
Accessibility: The Auburn Heights site is hilly, and the historic autos will be displayed throughout the estate, which may require navigation of some uneven pathways and terrain, so please step carefully. Accessible restrooms are available in the museum.
